The writer opens a Doc, clicks Publish in a custom menu, and the post is live on the Webflow site. Pull a post back into the Doc to edit it. No CMS login, no settings, no tech.
A compliance portal that keeps the batch trail.
Lab reports, ingredients, recipes, batches, and packaging runs tied together the way the Texas regulation reads them, so the answer to "show me this lot" is a few clicks instead of a folder hunt.
An order portal for 1099 sales reps, on a spreadsheet backend.
Reps signed in, built orders from live inventory with the volume tier and commission worked out for them, and every order landed in the Google Sheet the office already used. Stock synced both ways with the website.
Lead tracking on the reps' phones, backed by a spreadsheet.
Each rep saw only their own leads, one tap logged a call and dialed it, and the office pushed new leads from a staging tab with a menu click. A no-code phone app over one Google Sheet.
An LLM that only gets paid when something is new.
Product blurbs written by Claude once per new item and never for a repeat, through headless Claude on a flat subscription wherever a machine is signed in. The pipeline stays AI-written and the bill stays a number I chose.

A Raspberry Pi that plugs into a church, a family's house, or a small office with two cables and puts every device there on a private network the client owns, watched from anywhere. No VPN to set up, no hole in the firewall.
