Sermon follow-along — a synced transcript app for my church
Each Sunday's sermon goes from the YouTube stream to a page you can follow along with. A local Whisper model transcribes it, a second pass re-transcribes the quiet gaps, and every verse the pastor cites is found and attached as a card or a link, with a translation dropdown. One renderer builds two editions: a private one on my tailnet and a public one for the congregation, installable as a PWA. It runs unattended every night on my home lab, and requests from church members arrive by email and land in the backlog.
