1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the personal applications and tools operated by Joshua Brown under the JadedViber name (collectively, the “Tools”), including personal Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and automation workflows such as gsuite, leadscout, and n8n. By accessing or using a Tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tools.
2. Description of service
The Tools are personal-use software that, when you authorize them, act on your own connected accounts to perform actions you request — for example, reading and sending email, managing files, and editing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, calendars, and tasks. The Tools are provided for the personal and internal use of the operator and authorized users.
3. Google account integration
When you connect a Google account, you grant the relevant Tool permission to access the Google API scopes needed to perform the actions you request on your own account. The Tool acts only on the account you authenticate and only to carry out the operations you initiate. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Tools to:
- access or act on any account you are not authorized to use;
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or unlawful content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Tools or their infrastructure;
- use the Tools in any way that violates Google’s terms or API policies.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accounts and credentials you connect, for the actions you direct the Tools to take, and for maintaining the security of your own devices and accounts. You should review actions taken on your behalf.
6. No warranty
The Tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the Tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Tools.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Tools and revoke their access at any time. The operator may suspend or discontinue any Tool, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Tools after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
