Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how the personal applications and tools operated by Joshua Brown under the JadedViber name (collectively, the “Tools”) handle your information. The Tools include personal Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and automation workflows — notably gsuite, leadscout, and n8n — that you connect to your own accounts to act on your behalf, at your request.

The Tools are operated for the personal and internal use of the operator and authorized users. By connecting an account to a Tool, you agree to this Policy.

What data we access

When you use a Tool that integrates with Google, the Tool requests access to Google API scopes so it can perform the function you ask it to perform on your own Google account. Depending on the Tool and the action you request, this may include:

The Tool acts only on the account you authenticate and only to carry out the specific action you initiate. It does not access other people’s accounts and does not collect data beyond what the requested function needs.

How we use Google user data

Google user data accessed through the Tools is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Tool you invoked — for example, drafting an email you asked for, finding a file you searched for, or updating a spreadsheet at your request. Data is processed transiently to complete the requested operation.

Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Google user data obtained through the Tools is:

not sold to anyone;
not shared with or transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the requested feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with your consent;
not used for advertising of any kind;
not used to train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models;
• accessed by humans only where you have given explicit consent for specific data, where it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

Data storage and retention

The Tools are designed to operate on your data in place within your Google account and to process it transiently to fulfill each request. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely on the operator’s own infrastructure solely to maintain your authorized session and may be deleted at any time. The Tools do not maintain a separate long-term copy of your Google content beyond what is needed to perform a requested action or what you explicitly direct a Tool to create or export.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your Google user data with third parties for their own purposes. Limited sub-processing may occur only to the extent required to deliver the feature you requested (for example, Google’s own APIs).

Revoking access

You may revoke a Tool’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access immediately stops the Tool from acting on your account.

Security

Access tokens and credentials are kept on private, access-controlled infrastructure. The Tools transmit data over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but reasonable safeguards are applied.

Children’s privacy

The Tools are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
